2. Mr Ramani fairly points out that the challenge in this petition was to the order rejecting the petitioners' application for rejection for the plaint, and now, since the plaintiffs have withdrawn the suit on 17th July, 2025

CRA 2 of 2023 28.05.2024, the reliefs in this revision application are rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this revision is disposed of as infructuous. Nothing survives in the civil application and hence the civil application also stands disposed of.
