The respondent no.4 has already given an undertaking that he will harvest the pods of the Savor tree before they are allowed to burst which was accepted by this Court vide judgment and order dated 1/3/2016 passed in Criminal Writ Petition no.6/2016.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent no.4, on instructions, states that respondent no.4 shall harvest the pod as and when necessary. The statement is accepted. In view of this the contempt petition is disposed of.
