2. Perused the application and records of First Appeal no. 14 of 2014, from where it is seen that the above appeal was amicably settled in Mega Lok Adalat for compensation of an amount of Rs.9,00,000/-(Rupees nine lakhs only) with 9% interest per annum from the date of filing of the petition. The respondent no.1 has deposited an amount of Rs. 9,13,000/- (Rupees nine lakhs thirteen thousand only) before this Court.
3. The application is allowed. Registry to pay 50% of the amount of the compensation to the applicant no.1 deposited by the respondent no.1 and remaining 50% of the amount of compensation be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank in the name
MCA/359/2015 of applicant nos. 2 and 3 separately and permit them to withdraw the said amount on their attaining the age of majority. After investing the 50% of the amount of compensation in the Fixed Deposit, the said Fixed Deposit Receipts shall be handed over to the applicant no.1.
