In continuation of the order dated 11.06.2025, when we had directed Mr Agni to revert back dealing with the allegation in the complaint dated 08.01.2025 addressed to the Block Development Officer as regards the construction of the alleged illegal wall in the road widening portion, Mr Agni is under instructions to make a statement that neither any wall is proposed on the said site nor any construction is ongoing.

2. Recording the aforesaid statement of Mr Agni, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the PIL Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the BDO as and when or if he finds that the wall is under construction. Since the PIL has served its purpose, it stands disposed of.
