The learned counsel for the parties state that both the parties have settled the matter amicably and agreed for the compromise terms which are reduced in writing. The compromise terms duly signed by the authorized signatory of the appellant, respondents and their respective Advocates are taken on record.

Perusal of the compromise terms, it appears that the same are reasonable. Accordingly, the compromise terms are accepted and appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise terms. Registry to act accordingly in terms of the compromise terms arrived at between the parties.
