This is an application for stay. It appears that in M.C.A No.478/2017 which was for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, the applicant had undertaken to deposit the entire amount of the award with interest within four weeks and accordingly the amount had been deposited on 29/1/2018. In such circumstances and on hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the following order is passed:

Order:

(i) There shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and award during the pendency of the appeal.

CA/3/2018 (ii) The civil application is disposed off.
