Mr Byron Rodrigues, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the only relief the petitioner now presses in this petition is for the disposal of the Municipal Revision No.16/2019 pending before the Secretary, Urban Development, challenging the Chief Officer's order dated 12.09.2019.

2. Mr Munj, the learned Additional Government Advocate states that 10th October, 2023

WP 237 of 2023 Municipal Revision No.16/2019 along with connected Municipal Revision No.15/2019 are fixed for hearing on 17.10.2023. Accordingly, both the Revisions would be disposed of within the time schedule set out in order dated 30.08.2023 in Writ Petition No.239/2023. By accepting the above statement, we dispose of this petition. Civil Application No.45/203 does not survive and it is disposed of.
