Heard Mr. P. Rao and Mr. Y. Deora, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, Mr. D. Lawande, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent no.1 and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2.

After hearing the matter for some time, the following order is passed by consent with regard to the reliefs sought by the applicants in the above applications. The directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 12.06.2013 at para 30(V) stands modified and direction not to carry on any mining activity referred to therein pursuant to the undertaking given by the applicants herein shall stands discharged. All other conditions shall continue to be in operation.

Both the above applications stand disposed of accordingly.
