Heard Shri H.D. Naik, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Ms. A. Kale, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. This is an application to modify the directions issued in the order dated 12/02/2016 to furnish the bank guarantee of the decreetal amount.

3. Shri H.D. Naik, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants states that instead of bank guarantee the applicant shall deposit the total decreetal amount in the Registry of this amount.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection.

5. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to deposit the total decreetal amount in the Registry of this Court instead of the bank guarantee as mentioned in the order dated 12/02/2016. Needless to say the Registry shall invest the amount in a Fixed Deposit of a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of 1 year and the same shall be renewed from time to time until disposal of the petition.
