Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. N. Kholkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record an order dated 19/06/2017, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, passed by the State Government in connection with the grievances raised in the above petition. The learned Counsel further points out that there is a mistake in the calculation on which count the petitioner shall make a representation to the concerned Authority.

3. In view of the said order, nothing survives in the above petition as the grievances of the petitioner stand redressed at this stage. Needless to state in case any representation is made by the petitioner, the concerned Authority shall consider the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
