Perusal of the application reveals that the sole applicant had expired on 25/02/2017 and the application to bring the legal heirs on record was filed within time as on 4/05/2017. Even otherwise, the grounds urged in the application have not been controverted by the respondents. In view thereof and as the application is within time, the same is allowed. The applicant to carry out necessary changes in the cause title.
