The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 279 and 304 A of I.P.C and section 185 of the M.V. Act. For all these offences, the applicant is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of four months. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently. The applicant was on bail during the course of the trial and during the pendency of the appeal before the learned Sessions Judge.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State and on

CRMA/142/2018 perusal of the record, the following order is passed: ORDER:

(i) The substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded to the applicant is hereby suspended subject to the applicant executing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) The Bail Bonds to be furnished before the learned Sessions Judge.
