An application has been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition. The application is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

2. It is stated in the application that the matter has been settled between the parties. Paragraph 7 of the application stipulates that in view of the Settlement dated 05.04.2023, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition and seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the same. Hence, allowed to be withdrawn. No costs.

2. The respondent no.2-workman, is permitted to withdraw the 12th June, 2023
