This is an application for stay of the award dated 25/2/2014 passed by the Motors Accidents Tribunal, North Goa, Panaji. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount of the award along with interest within four weeks from today before this Court.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the application is disposed off in the following terms:

(i) There shall be ad interim stay of the impugned award subject to the condition of the applicant depositing the entire amount of the award along with interest before this Court within four weeks from today.
