Heard Mr. A.D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. M. Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents no.1 to 5.

2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, Mr. M. Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has pointed out that the decision with regard to the complaint lodged by the petitioners in respect of the subject dispute is under consideration of the State Government and such decision shall be taken in accordance with law.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned Government

PILWP/13/2015 Advocate Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, upon instructions of petitioner no.1 who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition.

4. The statement of the learned Government Advocate is accepted. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is however made clear that all contentions on the merits of such complaint of the parties are left open. Liberty to the petitioners to apply. K. L. WADANE, J.
