Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

2. Shri Kamat, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 Panchayat submits that the application for the grant of Occupancy Certificate is under active consideration. A meeting of the Panchayat is scheduled on 05.07.2024. Mr Kamat assures that the application for the grant of Occupancy Certificate will be disposed of expeditiously. He further submits that a resolution passed on 12.04.2021 for the grant of Occupancy Certificate has been conveyed vide letter dated 22.04.2021. 2nd July, 2024

3. In this view of the matter and considering the positive stance of Shri Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the Village Panchayat, that the necessary Occupancy Certificate will be granted at the earliest and in any case within a period of two weeks, we dispose of this petition.

4. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.

5. No costs.
