The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that connected Contempt Petition No.1/2008 is disposed of on 23 January 2015, by keeping the rights of the petitioner open to be agitated in appropriate proceedings. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that present Contempt Petition also can be disposed of on similar grounds.

2. Perused the order dated 23 January 2015, which is placed on record. No further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition as it will be open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances as per law. Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
