Heard Mr. R. Menezes, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. P. Dangui, the learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondents no.2 & 3.
2. The above petition, inter alia, seeks to direct the respondent no.2, GCZMA to take action on account of an alleged breach of the provisions of the CRZ notification of 1991.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for GCZMA has pointed out that action with that regard has already been initiated by issuing a show cause notice dated 25/05/2012, which is still under consideration by the concerned Authorities.

4. Mr. R. Menezes, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, upon instructions, states that the GCZMA be directed to proceed to take a decision on the said show cause notice as expeditiously as possible.
5. As such, the above petition stands disposed of by directing the GCZMA to proceed to take a decision on the said show cause notice dated 25/05/2012, as expeditiously as possible. The learned Additional Government Advocate, upon instructions, states that the said show cause notice shall be disposed of preferably within four months. All contentions of the parties are left open. We make it clear that we have not examined the correctness of the allegations made in the petition which the Authorities shall examine on its own merits. C. V. BHADANG, J.
