Heard Mr. M. Mhamal, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Ms. S. Fernandes, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.14,15,854/- alongwith 9% interest, deposited by the respondent no.1 before this Court in First Appeal No. 107/2012. On perusal of the records it reveals that an amount of Rs.20,84,824/- was deposited by the respondent no.1 before this Court.

Ms. S. Fernandes, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for withdrawal of the said awarded amount.

In view of the no objection given by learned Advocate for the respondent, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay to the applicants a sum of Rs. 14,15,854/- alongwith 9% interest from the date of filing of the petition till its actual realisation. Any excess amount with interest thereon shall be refunded to the respondent no.1. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
