1. Heard Mr. P. Karpe, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the Petitioner.

2. The present petition was filed challenging the order passed on 14/12/2021 granting bail to the Respondent on the ground that there was no report of Chemical Analyzer holding that the substance seized from the Accused was a narcotic substance.

3. Mr. Karpe submits that subsequently the report from the chemical analyser was received stating that LSD was found which is a narcotic substance. He submits that thereafter the Petitioner moved an 16th July, 2024

WPCR 67 of 2022 application for cancellation of bail before the learned trial Court and vide order dated 16/09/2023, the bail granted to the Respondent was cancelled.

4. Mr. Karpe submits that nothing survives in the present proceedings.

5. In view of the above statement and the order passed by the learned trial Court dated 16/09/2023 cancelling the bail, the present petition becomes infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
