In compliance of the order dated 18.03.2025, a joint inspection was carried out on 08.04.2025 and a report to that effect is placed before us which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The report clearly record that the representatives of both parties were present at the site when inspection was carried out and during the inspection, it was observed that the illegal structure mentioned in the document dated 18.08.2008 was found to be demolished. This aspect 16th April, 2025

WP 489 of 2024 was also verified from the measurement record in the document of transgression which tally with the site.

The report is also accompanied with photographs.

2. In the wake of the aforesaid, no cause of action survive in the Petition, which is disposed of.
