Mr. U. K. Tari, the learned Counsel for the applicants states that a copy of this Criminal Misc. Application has been served upon Mr. Amey Kakodkar, the learned Counsel who appears for respondent No.1. Mr. Tari has produced, for my perusal, a copy of the endorsement made by Advocate Kakodkar stating that he has no objection if the modification, as applied for, is granted. Mr. Tari places on record the copy of the Criminal Misc. Application, along with the endorsement of Advocate Kakodkar in the original.
2. In view of the aforesaid, in para 4 of the order dated 21/04/2017, the word "compromised" be substituted with the word "compounded".

3. Further, after paragraph 4, add paragraph 4-A to read as follows :
"4-A. The aforesaid means that the conviction and sentence imposed upon the applicants by the learned Trial Court and the Appellate Court are compounded and set aside. The bail bonds of the surety stand discharged accordingly".
4. The Registry to carry out the corrections accordingly.
5. All concerned to act on the basis of the duly authenticated copy of this order.
