After hearing the matter for sometime, Shri Samdani,learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1, who is the Applicant before the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Panaji, upon instructions, states that the Respondent no. 1 intends to delete the Petitioner who is the Respondent no. 1 in the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in view of the Judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 11459 of 2014 dated 23.02.2015.

2. Hence, the Petitioner stands accordingly deleted as party-Respondent no. 1 in the proceedings under Section 14 of the

WP/383/2015 SARFAESI Act.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition, which stands accordingly disposed of.
