Since the petition is withdrawn, learned Counsel for the petitioners does not press the Contempt Petition either.

wp nos.405 & 466 of 2019 Stamp No.1883/2019 is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. 3.

Since the petition is disposed of, the Misc. Civil Application No.473/2019 taken out by the third party for impleadment is infructuous and is disposed of as such.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the disposal of the petitions, he proposes to withdraw even the companion petition, namely, Writ Petition No.466/2019 (which is at Serial No.50 of today's Board). Even that petition is disposed of as not pressed with no order as to costs.
