The learned Counsel appearing for the parties point out that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and consequently, the appellants have filed an application in terms of Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, duly signed by the Authorised Representative of the original appellant, supported by a Notarial Certificate and Apostille, issued by the Authorised Officer.
