Registry to waive objections and register the matter. 2.

By order dated 30.04.2025, the sentence imposed upon the Applicant by order dated 03.09.2024 stood suspended on the Applicant depositing an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-, little over 20% of the compensation amount awarded by the Magistrate. Criminal Appeal No. 300/2024, is pending disposal before the Sessions Court, which has otherwise granted suspension on depositing 20% of the compensation amount.

Considering these facts, the petition can be disposed of by issuing following direction:

(a) The Registry of this Court shall remit to the Court of the District Judge and the Additional Sessions Court at Mapusa (Criminal Appeal No. 300/2024), an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- deposited to secure the condition of the suspension of sentence vide order dated 15.04.2025 of the Sessions Court.

The Revision Application is now rendered infructuous, considering that the condition imposed by the Sessions Court is complied with.

The application stands disposed of.
