Mr. Anthony D'Silva, the learned counsel for the petitioners based on instructions, from the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to urge the grounds raised in this petition in the counter claim which the petitioners have already raised in Regular Civil Suit No.7 of 2018 pending in the Court of the Civil Judge, Junior Division at Panaji. 2.

Mr. Kantak, the learned Senior Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 has no objection to the petitioners adopting the aforesaid course.

Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty as
