CORAM:
G.S. PATEL & NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, JJ DATED:
10th October 2017 PC:- 1.
In view of the affidavit in reply and the affidavit in rejoinder, we do not believe that a further Order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is possible. We will, however, leave it open to the Petitioners to place before the State Government and its various Departments such suggestions as it may have in regard to addressing the problem pointed out.
2.
We have no doubt that the State Government will consider these suggestions on their merits and frame suitable remedial measures that are practicable and enforceable. 10th October 2017

With these observations, the Petition is disposed off with no orders as to costs.
