Shri A.R. Kantak, learned Advocate submits that at the time of institution of the appeal an amount of ₹25,000/- was deposited in the Court. Moreover, at a later date an amount of ₹51,159/- has been deposited in this Court by Cheque No.613347 dated 21/12/2018 and in view thereof nothing further is outstanding from the applicants considering the awarded amount of ₹60,000/- with interest.

In view thereof, the stay as granted is confirmed. The application accordingly stands disposed off.
