Date :- 16 th September, 2019 ORAL ORDER :(Per M.S. SONAK, J.) The petitioner has applied for certified copy of the survey plan in respect of Survey No.177/1-K of Navelim Village. 2.

Till date, the respondents have neither issued the Survey Plan to the petitioner nor informed him the reasons why the same cannot be issued.

Accordingly, we direct the concerned respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application seeking certified copy of the

wp no.545 of 2019 Survey Plan in accordance with law and on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from today.

All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the concerned authority to whom the request is made for issue of certified copy.
