The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents states that there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioners under Section 75 and other relevant provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 which has not been availed of in this case by the petitioners.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are willing to avail of this remedy. However, he further submits that the impugned order be stayed to enable the petitioners to resort to the alternate remedy.

3. It is seen from the record that this Court had already granted stay on 03/06/2015.
4. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail of alternate remedy available under Section 75 of the ESI Act and raise similar grievances and pray for similar reliefs as in the present petition and in order to enable the petitioners to avail of alternate remedy, stay granted by this Court on 03/06/2015 shall continue for a period of six weeks from the date of the order.
