This is an application for early hearing on the basis that the repairs application filed by the applicant is pending before the ld. Dy. Collector. However, the learned Counsel pointed out that in the meanwhile the said application has already been disposed of and the petition is pending before this Court challenging the order of the Dy. Collector. In such circumstances, the question of expediting hearing does not arise. Nevertheless, the contention of the Petitioner with regard to the repairs of the alleged dwelling house would be examined by this Court in WP/1003/2016. Hence, the application stands disposed of.
