This petition concerns Village Panchayat elections held in the year 2017. The term of the Panchayat has expired. Fresh elections have also been held.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. However, he also points out that as against the interim order made in this petition a Special Leave Petition was instituted before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and i.e. possibly pending. 24th April, 2023
