2. By consent of parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms:

(a) The petition is allowed.

(b) The impugned order is hereby set aside, subject to costs of Rs.15,000/-, to be paid to the respondents, within two weeks from today.

(c) The petitioners shall keep the concerned witness (PW-1) present before the Trial Court on the next date, as may be fixed by the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court shall permit the witness to be cross examined.

WP/538/2018 (d) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (e) All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of the order.
