Mr. M. Ammonkar, learned Counsel for the applicant states that all the respondents are served.

2. By this application, the applicant seeks extension of six months time to conduct and conclude the inquiry under Section 9(2) of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and decide and give findings on the complaint filed by the respondent no.1 in compliance with order dated 10.1.2019. He submitted that there is substantial progress in the inquiry and it will take some more time.

3. As and by way of last chance, the applicant is granted three months time to give finding on the complaint filed by the

MCA/467/2019 respondent no.1. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4. MCA is disposed of on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
