By this application the applicant seeks to amend the petition as per averments made in the MCA. The applicant has made out a case for amendment of the petition.

2. MCA is accordingly made absolute. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and shall serve copy of amended petition to the respondents thereafter. It is made clear that merely because the amendment is granted it is not that all the respondents have admitted the contents of the amendment. All contentions of both the parties on merits are kept open.
