Heard Mr. Sudin Usgaonkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Faldesai, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 and 4.

2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, Mr. Sudin Usgaonkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that despite of earlier directions, complaint dated 12th January, 2011 filed by the third party has not yet been disposed of.

3. Mr. P. Faldessai, learned Additional Govt. Advocate, upon instructions from the Additional Director of Panchayats who is present in the Court, states that the respondent No.1 shall take a

WP/710/2015 decision on the said complaint within two months from today.

4. Accepting the said statement, the petition stands disposed of.
