After hearing the matter for sometime, Mr. Walwaiker, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition as in the meanwhile, the Petitioners have filed a complaint dated 23.06.2017 before the Respondent no. 1 which is pending decision.

2. The Petition stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The Respondent no.1 shall decide such application, if so filed, on its own merits and in accordance with law. All contentions of

WP/495/2017 both the parties are left open.
