Heard Mr S. S. Kantak, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere as the remedy to the petitioner is to prefer an appeal before the Deputy Collector of Salcete against the Judgment and Order dated 07.12.1995. 2.

It is open for the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedies and request for waiver of certified copy which request be considered in accordance with law. In case of adverse consequences, liberty to apply. Keeping all contentions open, the petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
