Te Registrar (Judicial) has placed on record a report the operative portion of which reads as follows:- " F I N D I N G S Te Applicant/Claimant is entitled to receive Rs.7,79,732/- (Rupees Seven lakhs Seventy-Nine Tousand Seven Hundred Tirty-Two only) as of 17.12.2020. 2nd FEBRUARY 2024

14-MCA-490-2023.DOC Further, the appellant/Kadamba Transport Corporation Ltd is entitled to receive the amount of Rs.2,11,082/- (Rulees Two Lakhs Eleven Tousand Eighty Two only) as of 17.12.2020."

Mr Rivankar states that the calculations made by the Registrar (Judicial) are acceptable to the applicant. He states that Mr Kantak who appears on behalf of the respondent-KTC has also perused this report and informed him that the calculations are acceptable to KTC.

Accordingly, the Registry to transfer an amount of Rs.7,79,732/- to the claimant's bank account to be indicated by Mr Rivankar. Te balance amount to be transferred to the KTC Ltd.

Te Registry to do the needful at the earliest. 6.
