The Petitioner, without prejudice to her rights and contentions in this petition, had applied for the post of Senior Resident in the Goa Dental College. She has been selected and was offered appointment. Mr. Lotlikar states that the Petitioner has accepted the offer. 2.

Learned Advocate General States that subject to the usual compliances, necessary appointment order will be issued to the Petitioner.
