1. Heard Mr. Faldessai for the Petitioner who fairly submits that this Court is not having territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present petition as the offence took place in Sindhudurg District in Maharashtra.

2. He submits that the Petitioner inadvertently filed the present petition before this Court instead of approaching the Principal Court at Bombay.

3. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the present petition.

4. Mr. Faldessai submits that since charge-sheet is already filed before the Sindhudurg Court nothing remains in the present matter. 25th June, 2024
