2. Considering the grounds urged in the application and that the applicant is suffering from neurological and orthopaedic disability and requires considerable amount for his day to day existence and medical expenses, the application is allowed partly to the extent that 75% of the deposited amount is ordered to be released in his favour. The applicant shall give an undertaking before the Registrar of this Court that in the event the respondents succeed in the appeal he will refund the same. The application accordingly stands disposed off.
