The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Application with a request that the application before the Magistrate may be expedited.

2. The Revision Application is yet to be admitted.

3. In such circumstances, the revision application is disposed off as withdrawn. The learned Magistrate shall decide the application under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of this order.
