Heard Mr Sardesai for the Petitioners and Mr Manish Salkar, learned Government Advocate for Respondents No.2 to 5. 2.

Mr Sardesai states that service was attempted on Respondent No.1, but the office of Respondent No.1 was found to be closed.

In any case, for the orders that we propose to make, service upon Respondent No.1 may not be necessary.

Te Petitioners have filed a complaint to Respondents No.2 and 3 about some irregularities and malfunctioning in 31st July 2023

908-WP-405-23.DOC Respondent No.1-Society. Te Petitioners' grievance is that their complaint is not being looked into by Respondents No.2 and 3. 5.

Accordingly, we direct Respondents No.2 and/or 3 to dispose of the Petitioners' complaint dated 4/1/2023 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within three months from today. Tough the complaint is not addressed to the Registrar or the Assistant Registrar, Mr Salkar states that the complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities, which would dispose of the same in accordance with law and on its own merits, within three months from today.

If, any adverse orders are proposed to be made, the concerned authority must comply with the principles of natural justice.

We have not examined the merits of the complaint and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the appropriate authority, in the first instance. 8.

With the above directions, we dispose of this Petition. 9.
