The petitioner had alleged that respondent no. 4 had committed contempt of order dated 04.12.2013, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 225/2013. The direction was that the respondent no. 4-Panchayat, shall decide the matter of alleged illegal construction, in accordance with the provisions of law.

2. In view of the fact that respondent no. 4 has already taken a decision, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition. The contempt petition is yet to be admitted.
