This is an application to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 4 who is stated to have expired on 09.06.2016. The application is supported by an affidavit of the appellant no. 3 which states that the appellant did not have the knowledge of the death of respondent no. 4 and came to know only on 05.04.2019 after seeing the bailiff's report on 05.04.2019. The application is filed on 22.04.2019. 25 October, 2023

Though there is a delay in filing the application, the explanation given in paragraph 4 of the application is accepted and accordingly the delay is condoned. The application is allowed. The appellants to carry out the amendment to implead the legal representatives of the deceased no. 4 as Respondents no. 4(A) to 4(F) forthwith. 3.
