Learned Advocates for the parties submit that Special Civil Suit No.85/2008/A before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mapusa, from which the present Writ Petition arises, has been disposed of by a Consent Decree in terms of certain consent terms filed by the parties. The Consent Decree has been passed by the Civil Court on 21/08/2024. Since the suit from which these proceedings arise has now been disposed of, this proceedings are rendered infructuous and in that view of the matter stands disposed of as being infructuous.
