This is an early hearing application of a First Appeal which arises from a Land Acquisition Proceedings which relates back to the year 1988. On the first round, the First Appeal filed against the earlier award remanded the matter back to the Land Acquisition Court which was then decided through the impugned award on 15.09.2011. The Appeal is pending since the year 2012. On these grounds, it would be appropriate to add the First Appeal Nos.23/2012, 24/2012 and 25/2012 to the Final Hearing Board commencing 20.01.2025.
