This is an application to withdraw the above Second Appeal as according to the applicants, the matter has been amicably settled in terms of the agreement of settlement dated 11.07.2017. The applicants are also present in person.

2. Mr. P. Talaulikar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 also accepts the said position and has no objection.

3. The appeal is sought to be withdrawn simpliciter. As such, the question of examining the legality or otherwise of the settlement would not arise. As such leave granted to withdraw
